Barbara Frittoli is an Italian operatic soprano.
She has sung leading roles in opera houses all over the world.
She made her Metropolitan debut in 1995 as Micaela in Carmen and since then she has gone on to sing in over 60 performances there including Donna Elvira in Don Giovanni, Fiordiligi in Così Fan Tutte, Suor Angelica, Desdemona in Otello, and the title role in Luisa Miller.
