From conducting productions of Modest Mussorgsky's "Boris Godunov" in Munich to sold out performances of Wagners Ring Cycle at the Metropolitan, Valery Gergiev is one of the most sought after conductors in the world today.
He was the first to conduct a full Ring Cycle in Russia in 90 years- then in 2006 took the production to Cardiff, at the Wales Millennium Centre, then to Costa Mesa, California and then on to the Lincoln Center in New York in July 2007
